Edward Malley has 25 years of technical, financial, and legal experience in engineering, procurement, construction, safety, environmental and real estate programs. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and dispute resolution, including arbitration and litigation. And, he has closed and sold 23 sites with complete regulatory concurrence. Currently, he leads TRC's Exit Strategy Program in the New York/Middle Atlantic Region. He is responsible for the Con Edison First Avenue Properties Project-one of the largest brownfields in the country.
Prior to working at TRC, Mr. Malley worked with Crompton Corporation, BASF Corporation, and Witco Corporation. He has experience managing sites, corporate liabilities, and operating units. He led global alliances for engineering, procurement, construction, and environmental services and litigated insurance coverage for environmental claims.
Mr. Malley holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Catholic University and M.B.A. and J.D. from Seton Hall University.
