Senior Vice President
Mr. Bock has extensive experience in asset management, environmental liability management, and Brownfields development. He is responsible for the execution of all TRC Exit Strategy projects including strategic decision-making; scheduling; fiscal planning and reporting; technical analysis; and regulatory compliance. He coordinates closely with insurance companies; legal representatives; community officials; financial auditors; and other key stakeholders involved in the projects.
In addition to his Exit Strategy work, Mr. Bock provides technical, strategic, and marketing support to TRC’s Western Region Environmental Division. He is involved in strategic planning on key projects; divestment and acquisition planning; assistance with regulatory negotiations; and budget/cost estimating. He provides real estate analysis and support for the redevelopment of contaminated properties held by clients.
Mr. Bock also manages and oversees numerous Brownfield Real Estate investments for TRC. In this role, he is responsible for fiscal success measured by return on investment, and as such manages operations, financing, remediation, and ultimate liquidation and/or disposition of the investment.
Prior to joining TRC, Mr. Bock held numerous positions with Union Oil Company of California (Unocal). Throughout his career at Unocal, he managed environmental remediation projects at operating and closed facilities across the U.S.; accelerated the liquidation of environmentally impaired non-strategic assets while minimizing liability to the company; and managed major residential and commercial real estate development projects.
Mr. Bock holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
